How to arrange passport photos on 4 × 6 paper

Published by MyDocverter · Published and updated

Use exact page dimensions and account for gaps and printer margins.

Choose photo and paper sizes

Create your photo crop first, then choose 4 × 6 inch paper. The sheet is 101.6 × 152.4 mm, exported as 1,200 × 1,800 pixels at 300 DPI or a PDF page measuring 288 × 432 points. Other paper sizes and a custom sheet are available.

Check real capacity

Six 2 × 2 inch photos fit on 4 × 6 paper only with zero gaps and zero margins. Adding cutting space or printer margins reduces capacity; the copy selector shows what actually fits. Choose optional cut guides and check the preview. Borderless printing may be necessary for an edge-to-edge arrangement.

Print at actual size

Download the sheet PDF, JPEG or PNG. Set the printer to the matching physical paper and 100% scale or Actual Size; disable Fit to Page. Measure a printed photo with a ruler before cutting. Physical printer calibration and paper requirements remain your responsibility. Follow authority restrictions on home printing and professional capture.
