How to use Excel to PDF

Formats and privacy
Office signatures and document structures are checked before local rendering. This tool runs in your browser. Document contents are not uploaded to MyDocverter or sent to a conversion service. Standard hosting access logs can still record page visits and IP addresses.

Why was my file rejected?
Encrypted, malformed or oversized files may not be supported. Office jobs support 20 MB input, bounded expanded document parts and 100 output pages. Excel is limited to 2,000 rows and 50 columns per selected sheet, and 20,000 cells per job. These are resource safeguards.
Will the result preserve everything?
Prints cell values and saved formula results. It does not recalculate formulas or reproduce charts, embedded images, merged-cell layout or original print settings. Hidden sheets/rows/columns are skipped by default. PDF text is image-based. Rewriting signed documents can invalidate their signatures. Check the final file before sharing.
